Set your criteria when evaluating a tenant for approval to assure compliance with Fair Housing Laws (The Fair Housing Act), and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). When we do a background check, we do not use databases that may be incomplete and can contain old and out-of-date-information. We go directly to the source to get the information that you need. Some companies advertise 1 hour service which is nearly impossible for the comprehensive reports that we provide. We can provide credit information in as little as 15 minutes or set you up to pull credit reports yourself for instant results if your volume warrants it.

Some screening companies advertise that they will provide landlord judgments, tax liens, and bankruptcy information, past due amounts to creditors, payment history, previous addresses, employment history and social security number matching. This is all standard information provided on our credit reports. We have access to credit profiles for more than 250 million individuals.

What makes us different is that we go to the next step and check for criminal history, conduct a telephone interview with their current employer and past landlord(s) and check county records – not databases – for eviction records.
