County Civil Records:  This report will tell you if the individual has ever been evicted before. It will state the name of the apartment complex or the individual who filed for eviction, when the case was filed, how much this person still owes the previous complex, what the applicant’s plea was and if they ever showed up in court, and the final disposition. This will let you know if the applicant has ever been dishonorable with a previous landlord.

Please Note: due to recent changes that have come down from the major credit bureaus, if you are a new client of ours, we may have to perform a site inspection on your premises. If you call to cancel your order BEFORE the order is processed, then there will be a $15 cancellation charge assessed. BUT please be advised that once your request has been transmitted to our researchers it is NOT possible for us to cancel the charges, nor change or expedite the order. For unsubstantiated, contested, or fraudulent credit card charges, there will be an additional $25.00 MINIMUM processing charge plus collection and legal fees, if incurred.
