Step 1 - The Point System

Rigorous and Consistent Tenant Evaluation: What should I consider when evaluating a tenant? We have developed a tried and tested point system to assure that is unbiased and generally ensures there can be no claims for discrimination, as all the tenant applicants are screened and evaluated by the same benchmarks. These criteria can be changed to fit your situation as stipulated by you.
         
To screen an applicant fully, we recommend that you check the applicant’s criminal history, check to see if the applicant has been evicted previously, verify current employment, verify previous rental history with previous landlord, and evaluate the applicant’s credit report. The parameters used to evaluate these categories of screening information are given below:

If you call to cancel your order BEFORE the order is processed, then there will be a $15 cancellation charge assessed. BUT please be advised that once your request has been transmitted to our researchers it is NOT possible for us to cancel the charges, nor change or expedite the order. For unsubstantiated, contested, or fraudulent credit card charges, there will be an additional $25.00 MINIMUM processing charge plus collection and legal fees, if incurred.
