What packages are available
and what reports do I need?
We have a number of packages, which incorporate various
reports. If there is
additional information that you need, please contact our offices and
we will assist you.
Full Report -
Order
Cost: $84.95
Our full tenant report includes a County Criminal and County Civil
background check, a Credit check, an Employment Verification, and a
Tenant Verification. This nationwide report provides a snapshot of the applicant’s
credit history and will assist you in avoiding costly collections,
judgments and legal fees. It outlines
any bankruptcies,
liens and judgments which have been filed against this person;
accounts which have been placed for collection; historical
addresses; employment information; social security verification, as
well as their complete payment history to their creditors.
This report will tell you if your applicant fulfills his
financial obligations as promised.
It will show you if they are overextended, and how many other companies have looked into this person’s credit
file recently.
Online Report

Cost: $60.00
Our online tenant report is our only report that does NOT require a
signed consent. It includes an Employment Verification, Tenant
Verification (most recent landlord), and a County Criminal and
County Civil background check. We can also contact not only the current landlord, but also their
previous landlord as well for an additional $10.00.
Partial Report -
Order
Cost: $64.95
Our partial tenant report includes a County Criminal and County
Civil background check, and a Credit check. This report will bring
to light any disqualifying felonies or misdemeanors, bankruptcies
and civil actions, and evaluate their credit to see if it is
sufficient to meet your income vs rent criteria.
Minimum Report -
Order
Cost: $24.95
Our minimal Tenant report includes full Credit check. This will not
discover any disqualifying criminal or civil records, but it will
give you a complete overview of their creditworthiness.

The packages we have
listed above are for your convenience, and meet the needs of the
majority of our clients. But if you need some special services, or a
custom package which incorporates a different combination of the
reports that we offer, then please call us and we will be delighted
to assist you.

If you call to cancel your order BEFORE the order is processed, then there will be a $15 cancellation charge assessed. BUT please be advised that once your request has been transmitted to our researchers it is NOT possible for us to cancel the charges, nor change or expedite the order. For unsubstantiated, contested, or fraudulent credit card charges, there will be an additional $25.00 MINIMUM
processing charge plus collection and legal fees, if incurred. By
placing an order with us you hereby agree to these terms.
