Housing Laws you get to set your criteria when evaluating
a tenant for approval. We have presented an unbiased point system to assure that
there can be no claims for discrimination. If you adhere to your
policies then your evaluation will be fair, and above all legal. The
reports that we provide are the most accurate available, and they
are obtained directly from the relevant state and county record
repositories. Our researchers visit the records offices and pull the
data directly from the source. The credit reports that we access are
taken directly from the credit granting agencies themselves. The
combination of accurate records and an unbiased point based system
of creditworthiness, financial ability and personal character,
ensures that the prospective tenant is treated fairly and with the
utmost respect.

If you call to cancel your order BEFORE the order is processed, then there will be a $15 cancellation charge assessed. BUT please be advised that once your request has been transmitted to our researchers it is NOT possible for us to cancel the charges, nor change or expedite the order. For unsubstantiated, contested, or fraudulent credit card charges, there will be an additional $25.00 MINIMUM
processing charge plus collection and legal fees, if incurred. By
