There are restrictions and limitations to the data that TenantCheckUSA supplies to our clients and agents. Security Statement

Be assured, we do not use, sell or distribute any of the information that we collect from you in the course of our investigations. TenantCheckUSA collects information from our users at several different points on our website and uses the information for internal marketing and administration purposes only.

Privacy Policy

We take your Tenant Background Screening order through an online ordering system. The system is secure and all connections are encrypted. Simply click on any ORDER link found in this site to begin the ordering process. Your search is completely confidential, and will not be revealed to any third-party.

If you call to cancel your order BEFORE the order is processed, then there will be a $15 cancellation charge assessed. BUT please be advised that once your request has been transmitted to our researchers it is NOT possible for us to cancel the charges, nor change or expedite the order. For unsubstantiated, contested, or fraudulent credit card charges, there will be an additional $25.00 MINIMUM processing charge plus collection and legal fees, if incurred. By placing an order with us you hereby agree to these terms.
